糖化是将麦芽和辅料中高分子贮藏物质及其分解产物，通过麦芽中各种水解酶类作用，以及水和热力作用，使之分解并溶解于水的过程。
糖化系统主要包括单器、2、3、4器等多种组合以满足客户的不同需求。加热方式可采用蒸汽加热，电加热或直火加热。

Mash is a process to make the malt and high polymer material and its decomposition products decompose and dissolve in water with the action of various hydrolytic enzymes of the malt, the water as well as the heating.
Mash system can be single, 2, 3, 4 vessels and other combinations to meet different needs of customers. Heating method can be steam, electric or fire heating.
HG adopts modern automatic plasma, laser cutting, pure argon welding technology. Tanks are made of high quality food grade stainless steel 304. The main body and parts that contact the liquid are all the mirror polished. The external are frosted polishing finish. Tank material can be stainless steel or copper. In the tank, there are configuration frequency stirring, water mixer, internal spray cleaning ball, 360-degree all-glass manhole and sight glass.
