 水酶法是国家“863”计划和十二五期间国家重点研发项目，经过江南大学3代科学家，33年的深入研究淬炼，走向工业生产时代。 2015年，公司与江南大学合作，建设拥有自主知识产权的水酶法植物蛋白及食用油生产线，通过低温冷榨工艺生产植物蛋白肽以及健康食用油。
